I am experienced in all aspects of purchasing and selling homes.  I have become a skilled negotiator in SHORT SALES.  This is an intricate and consequential negotiation. All of my previous negotiations with Short Sales have been a positive one, in that I have had 98% of them accepted by the banks. It is a lot of time and effort on your agent’s end, but this is what your agent is supposed to do for you the CLIENT.
